Sheets A0.1 through A1.5F: These sheets were used for general reference only. A full review of the content indicated on these sheets will be made during a later review. 2. Sheet S1.0-F; Design Loads: The live loads indicated on this sheet are roof (20 PSF reducible), garage floor (40 PSF non-reducible), apartment floor (40 PSF reducible), and stair (100 PSF). Per the architectural plans (sheets A0.2 through A0.6), and the IBC Table 1607.1, please list on the drawings required design live loads for office floors and lobbies (Level 1), residential corridors and lobbies serving private rooms and public rooms (Levels 1 through 6), assembly areas (Level 2), and the pool/spa area (Level 6). Please verify these loads are included in the building design. 3. Sheet s1.0-F; Design Criteria (Foundations): The first note indicates an allowable soil bearing value of 7000 PSF for existing basement wall footings. Please verify where this value was indicated in the geotechnical report. 4. Sheet S2.0-F (Foundation Plan); Structural Calculations (Page 7): The structural calculations indicate wall W2 is the same design as wall W1. However, the foundation plan (and the wall schedule on sheet S1.5-F) indicate a different wall thickness and reinforcing. Please verify. 5. Sheet S2.0-F (Foundation Plan); Structural Calculations (Page 8): The structural calculations indicate wall W3 is the same design as wall W1. However, the foundation plan (and the wall schedule on sheet S1.5-F) indicate a different wall thickness and reinforcing. Please verify. 6. Sheet S2.0-F (Foundation Plan); Structural Calculations (Page 6): The structural calculations indicate wall W6 at the elevators, with the footing calculations on page 22. However, the structural calculations for the stair footings (adjacent to the elevators) were not located (footings F11 and F19 are different from the elevator footings). Please verify and indicate the stair footing design calculations. 7. Structural calculations: Please include in the structural calculations key plans for each building level, indicating the framing layout (do not require member sizes). These will be used in the coordination with the spread footing and columns key plan on Page 55 of the calculations (individual member designs for the framing are not required). 8. Structural calculations; Page 6: In the structural calculations, the wall between Grids D and F (approximately) and on Grid 0.1 (approximately) is denoted as RW2. Is this ERW2? Please verify. 9. General: Please include in the calculations key plans for each building level (including the roof) indicating the design live loads and the areas those loads are applicable. Include mechanical loads as required. 10. Structural calculations and foundation plans: Please verify the revisions to the building live loads (per comment 2) are applied to the design structural calculations as required, and changes to any members are included in the calculations for the foundation design. 11.
