3. Clarify how excess outside air relief from the building is to be accomplished during economizer operation. Reference: Section C403.3.1.1.4, IECC 2012.
4. Detail 5/M2.0 calls for the condensate drains from the heat pumps to terminate over a roof drain. Condensate drains may not terminate over a roof drain unless the roof drain terminates at or below grade in an area capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage. Similarly, note #4 of the packaged heat pump schedule, detail 2/M2.0, states that the condensate drains are to terminate over a splash block on the roof. Condensate drains shall terminate in an approved location, as listed in Section 307.2.1, IMC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
5. Provide calculations to show how ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces. Reference: Section 401.2, IMC 2012 and C403.2.5, IECC 2012.
6. Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2012.
