COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: If copies of the Development Package are to be included in the building plan set, the copies of the DP plans must be the approved and signed set, or remove the DP from the building plan set and revise the sheet index accordingly.

2. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the building plans are consistent with the current version of the DP under review, the building plans cannot be approved by zoning until the plans have been approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers and the DP is approved.

3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage to ensure consistency with the approved DP.

4. COMMENT: If the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments affect the building footprint, height, or square footage of any of the buildings, the DP will have to be updated and re-approved.

5. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the approved DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

6. Zoning will do an over the counter review and approval of the building plans on the next submittal. Call in advance to set up an appointment. Anytime between 8 and 12 on Tuesday or Wednesday for David Rivera.
