The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Until the plans are approved by the Design Professional Zoning cannot approve the plans. 3. Zoning acknowledges your request to have a hold put on the certificate of occupancy until the easement has been secured and will do so once the plans can be approved. It appears that there balconies that encroach into the right of way along Congress Street. Some type of easement or agreement is required for this encroachment. Contact COT Real Estate to secure the easement or agreement. The easement or agreement will need to be secured prior to approval of the building plans. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
