Clarify the specification for the metering faucet for the public lavatory. The faucet for the lavatory shall dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle (e.g. a cycle with a flow rate of 0.5 GPM with a cycle time of 30-seconds will deliver 0.25 gallons). Each cycle shall last for at least 10-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 5.
