TRANSMITTAL DATE: January 25, 2017

DUE DATE: February 10, 2017

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the building plans are consistent with the current version of the DP15-0198 (as it relates to the zoning review purview) the building plans cannot be approved by zoning until the DP is approved and approved by the commercial plans review agencies.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage to ensure consistency with the approved DP.

3. COMMENT: If any changes that are necessary, due to the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect the building footprint, height, or square footage the changes will have to be updated on the DP, (revised Development Package)

4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the approved DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

5. COMMENT: It was noted that the building plan package includes a copy of the DP. It is requested that a copy of the approved DP be included in the building plan set once the DP has been approved.

6. COMMENT: If this project has been through an IID review and approval process the building plans must be reviewed and approved by the Design Professional prior to zoning approval.
