Revise drawings to comply. On pool shell sheet there is a note “Use Column 5A by AMMTEC for all pool sections up to 5 feet deep.” This note is incorrect. At a minimum the east wall must use column 5C due to proximity of building foundation to pool wall. However, it looks as if Column C requirements have been increased by a note that appears on the Site Plan pointing to the east pool wall. Please modify the notes to agree. Ref. 2012 IBC 107.2.1. On the pool shell sheet a linear deck drain is shown without outlet. How will this drain be terminated? Ref. 2012 IBC 107.2.1. Delete the 11 x 17 electrical sheets by Omni and the 24 x 36 electrical sheets by CadMan from the drawing set. Ref. 2012 IBC 107.2.1. |
