Sheet 1 of 2 1. Add dimension to aerial photograph underlay site plan from billboard structure to east parcel boundary along with APN of parcel to east (due to distance, can be shown off the underlay with a break in dimension line). Sheet 2 of 2 1. In 1st note in 2nd note box above Scope of Work, delete reference to Section 2(x) of Exhibit 9, which does not relate to any work on light fixtures. 2. In Scope of Work, clarify if removed light fixture is to be reinstalled as is or if any straightening, other repair work, or fixture replacement is proposed. 3. In Scope of Work, clarify if any electrical wiring is to be replaced and describe point of detachment/reattachment of now disconnected wiring. 4. Add standard note that any excess fixtures, conduit, connections, wiring, beakers, or other electrical parts no longer being used to be removed. 5. In Side View, add dimension for horizontal run of light support fixture arms. 6. Add front view depicting finished work and indicating which parts now remain in place and which are proposed to be reinstalled, including light fixture support arms and attaching knuckles. 7. In Partial Vicinity Map, correct distance from billboard structure to Houghton Road. FIN. |
