I have the following comments: City Stormwater Management accepts the scope and concurs with the approach to address safety issues and specifically stormwater concerns. The following clarifications were explained to ServPro: 1 - Stormwater Inspector shall inspect storage tank and secondary containment; 2 - Stormwater Inspector shall inspect manhole prior to discharge to other system (to confirm that line is not part of stormwater system); 3 - Corbett Building Scope letter did not have date on it - future correspondence should include date; 4 - Corbett Building Scope letter referred to City for regional wastewater reclamation department, however this is Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department; 5 - Corbett Building Scope letter referred to Tucker Labs for analysis of runoff water; however the lab is actually Turner Labs, Tucson; 6 - ServPro will continue to keep City Stormwater Manger in the loop with hazard and remediation efforts, and City Stormwater staff will await upcoming demo permit for review.
