A) Construction Note 4: Connection at Building. Need Detail of the anchor/connection.
B) Is there an easement for the building connection? Need a note calling out the easement on the plan. The easement legal description shall include the following minimum requirements:

1) The City shall have access to the anchor/connection.
2) The building owner shall be responsible for the maintenance/replacement of the anchor/connection.
3) All reasonable damage to the building to obtain access to the anchor/connection for maintenance to the light rail catenary line shall be the building owner's financual responsibility

C) New pole at the northwest corner of 5th Ave and Broadway Blvd. : need to show new signal head and pedestrian head.

Note: New signal and ped. head shall be aligned and located to match prior placement.

Need signal modification sheet indicating all work that needs to be performed by the contractor, New poles, signal equipment new and rerouted conduits, new conductor schedules, hardware installation, relocation of existing or new signal equipment, plan sheet showing all existing poles equipment and associated modifications along with new equipment and routing of unspliced conductors IMSA cable from relocated / new poles to existing controll cabinet.

Please resend the drawings as soon as you can. We are nearing approval...

NOTES
- Add a comment that Contractor must ensure and maintain ADA compliant pedestrian access during construction.
- Remove the following from any Construction Notes:
"If pole is replaced by City of Tucson, contractor is required to coordinate with the COT to execute this activity."
- For Construction Note #2: Remove also form the comment "Please coordinate also with Ernie Encinas."
- Clarify that the signal and pedestrian heads will be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled on a different pole.
- The luminaire on the northwest corner joint use pole must be removed and salvaged.


DRAWING
- Lighten the hatch on your note callouts and quantity note callouts so they read more clearly.
- It appears your utility layers is printing in duplicate on sheets also showing the wires.
