Include the PIA activity number "T16PI00011" on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 3, Detail A & B: Indicate the final surface treatment of the Median Islands. 4. Sheet 5: Verify that the proposed grades at the intersection of Chalkboard Court & Fremming Ave and Bookmark Pl & Fremming Ave will prevent stormwater flows from ponding in the intersections. 5. Sheet 5 & 6: Indicate the placement of Barricade railing along the back side of proposed sidewalk scuppers. 6. Sheet 7: Indicate that the relocated speed hump is placed per PCDOT & TDOT Traffic Engineering Division Pavement Marking Standards 5-18.1. 7. Sheet 8, Section 1: The minimum roadway cross slope for a roadway with a longitudinal grade greater that 0.5% is 2%.
