Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2016-007" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T16PI00009" on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Add Arizona Blue Stake 811 label to cover sheet. 4. Sheet 2, General paving note 13: Change the phone number for Paul Rosenboom to 419-7064. 5. Sheet 3: Clearly demonstrate how flows leaving the proposed sidewalk scupper located at Sta. +/- 23+27, RT 36th St. will be contained in the Rip-Rap blanket. A channel with a curb opening may be required. Please see attached example of a curb opening used on other City projects. 6. Sheet 4 - 6, Paving Plan Keynote No. 17: It's TDOT's policy to perform mill and inlays in lieu of placing pavement overlays. Provide complete details on any proposed pavement surface treatment. 7. Sheet 5: Indicate the placement of an opening in the proposed traffic delineators for pedestrian traffic on the SW corner of 36th St and M.L.K. Blvd. Additionally, provide details of the traffic delineators and installation requierments. 8. Sheet 6: Revise drawing to extend the pedestrian circulation path all the way to Kino Parkway Per Section C.2.4C.i.b.ii of the Bridges Planned Area Development document. 9. Sheet 6: Revise drawing to indicate that the sections of curb which has a curb reveal of less than 6" will need to be removed and replaced. There are sections of curb between Sta. +/-32+40, RT 36th St. and +/-34+70, RT 36th St. where the curb reveal is only 3". 10.
