The following items need to be addressed: 1) Per Tucson Code 26-5.2(8) show that the finished floor elevation is one foot above the base flood elevation. 2) Per Tucson Code 26-5.2(11) show all service facilities such as electrical and heating equipment at or above the regulatory flood elevation. 3) If at least two feet of fill is being placed on any location within the site show compliance with 2-01.8.1. If less than two feet of fill is being placed on the site add a general note indicating that less than two feet of fill is being added. 4) Per AM 2-06.4.8I show the 100-year floodplain limits and the 100-year water surface elevation upstream of each structure being proposed.
