The following items need to be addressed: 1) Update Figure 2 to show driveway routed around the basin area. 2) Call out basin area with horizontal control line work to be preserved in place for the benefit of "The Woods" Subdivision. 3) Show setback from 240 cfs wash that runs along the SE property line. 4) Show existing private drainage and turnaround easements. 5) Provide a callout that requires that the drainage flow path between the subdivision and the basin is to remain unobstructed at all times. 6) Update the water surface elevations on page 4 of the drainage report to 2586.36 for the residence and 2586.75 for the garage. Show a Minimum FFE of 2587.36 for the residence and 2587.75 for the garage. Engineer may show a higher FFE is it is in his best judgement.
