Provide a copy of the shell building plans and the site plans for reference. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 3. Clarify the method used to determine the sizes of the gas pipes; the notes state that the pipe was sized based on Table 402.4(3), IFGC 2009 (<2 PSIG with a pressure drop of 0.5 PSIG) but the pipe sizes do not appear to correspond to those criteria. The code currently in use is the 2012 IFGC. Reference: Sections 402.1 and 402.3, IFGC 2012. 4. Provide automatic faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the cycles of the automatic faucets will operate for a minimum time of 10-seconds. Clarify the specification for the tempered water mixing valve for the lavatories. Detail 4/P2.0 calls out a different valve than note 9 of the plumbing fixture table. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012 and 607.1.2, IPC 2012. 7. Provide a cleanout for the 3" fixture branch located in the men's restroom (115). Reference: Section 708.7, IPC 2012 |

Use a zone air distribution effectiveness value of 0.8 for a ceiling supply, ceiling return using a gas-fired furnace. UNITS AC-6, AC-7, and AC-8 should be considered as serving multiple zone Reference: Section 403.2 and 403.3.2.3, IMC 2012. 4. Provide documentation to show that the building envelope was constructed using the components described in the submitted COMcheck Envelope Compliance Certificate. Note: the submitted Envelope Compliance Certificate calls for high efficiency HVAC systems to satisfy the requirements of Section C406, IECC 2012 but both the Mechanical and Interior Lighting Compliance Certificates utilized reduced interior lighting power; coordinate.
