The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). 1. Based on a wall height of 16'-9" the minimum perimeter yard setback to the west property line is 11'-2", proposed perimeter yard setback is 7'-2". 2. Based on a wall height of 13'-8" the minimum perimeter yard setback to the north property line is 9'-2", proposed perimeter yard setback is 7'-4". 3.
