On sheet A1.0, in the U-Factors descriptions, add R-5 continuous insulation for EIFS system at all exterior walls. Ref. IECC Table C402.2. Revise specification if necessary to comply. On sheet A1.0, in the U-Factors descriptions, add “opaque swing door U-factor to be a maximum of 0.61.” Ref. IECC Table C402.2. On sheet S1.0, footing sizes on foundation plan and footing schedule do not match what is shown in the structural calculations. Coordinate. Two columns shown along west wall are not included in structural calculations. Coordinate.
