While the building plans are consistent with the approved DP zoning cannot approve the Shell building plans until the Commercial Plans Reviewers have reviewed and approved or that the review comments will not require changes to the DP.


2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage to ensure consistency with the approved DP.

On sheet TS-1, add a scale to the reference site plan and show all utility runs from utility taps to building. Indicate location and size of water meter on site plan.
On sheet TS-1, add keynote legend for the reference site plan.
On sheet TS-1, change the Outdoor Lighting Code edition to 2012 in the Applicable Codes table.
On sheet A1.0, in the U-Factors descriptions, add R-5 continuous insulation for EIFS system at all exterior walls. Ref. IECC Table C402.2. Revise specification if necessary to comply.
On sheet A1.0, in the U-Factors descriptions, add “opaque swing door U-factor to be a maximum of 0.61.” Ref. IECC Table C402.2.
On sheet S1.0, footing sizes on foundation plan and footing schedule do not match what is shown in the structural calculations. Coordinate.
Two columns shown along west wall are not included in structural calculations. Coordinate.
On sheet S2.0, joist J-2 on the Joist Schedule shows 20 gauge joists, however the structural calculations show that J-2 joists should be 18 gauge. Coordinate.
