01/13/2017 | ROBERT SHERRY | PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. Coordinate the water heater detail (3/P0.2) with the plumbing fixture schedule and the equipment schedules. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 2. Provide the number of drinking fountains that complies with the requirements of Section 1109.5.1, IBC 2012 and Section 410.2, IPC 2012. 3. Based on the dimensions of the project area shown on sheet A2.1, the total occupant load of the space is 57, not 38. In either case, two restrooms are required to be installed, one for men and one for women. Reference: Section 2902.2, IBC 2012. 4. Provide a detail to show that the installation of the specified grinder pump assembly complies with the manufacturer's listing requirements (e.g. show the required pipe inverts, the valves, and the minimum drop from the fixtures to the sump). Verify that the proposed vent complies with Table 906.5.1, IPC 2012 for size and maximum length. Reference: Section 303.2, IPC 2012. 5. Provide an automatic faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the automatic faucet will operate for a minimum time of 10-seconds.
