In all cases, the outdoor intake airflow rate should be calculated using equation 4-8, IMC 2012. (In addition, the Zp for Office 17 is 0.04, not 0.12) [Initial comment: Recheck the ventilation calculation for RTU-2. Based on your calculations, Vou/Ev = Vot should be 497 CFM, not 329 CFM. Reference, Section 403.3.2.3.4, IMC 2012.] 2. Comment not addressed; the "infill" walls are new construction and the maximum U-value per table C402.1.2, IECC 2012 is 0.48 BTU/hour per square foot per degree Fahrenheit.
