This site is located in the NR-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. Provide a complete plot plan that accurately depicts all structures on site. All structures need ot show there correct shape and location on the parcel. All required perimeter yard setbacks will be show. All required information will be provided, i.e. owners name, project description, correct zoning for the parcel and all adjacent parcels, complete lot coverage calculation and building elevations.
