On Plumbing Fixture Schedule confirm that lavatory faucet HS-1B complies with City of Tucson amendment to the 2012 IPC, new Section 424.10. Lavatory faucets shall be automatic and dispensing no more than 0.25 gallon per metering cycle.

On sheet A014, add note “A. U-factor for exterior insulated steel doors shall be maximum 0.064 (R-15.625)” to Section 08110 (2). This will comply with the building envelope COMcheck.
On sheet A015, change U-factor for aluminum storefront, Section 084113 (1.4)(B)(5), to 0.38. Add to this note “storefront entrance doors to have maximum U-factor of 0.60.” This will bring specification in compliance with submitted building envelope COMcheck.
Detail 11/A102 indicates a 7’-6” tall masonry dumpster enclosure wall. Submit structural calculations sealed by an Arizona registrant.
Detail 11/A102 does not match what is shown on the architectural site plan. Site plan shows two, staggered, 12’ x 14’ enclosures.
Provide structural calculations (static, lateral and overturning loading) for building sealed by an Arizona registrant to justify the proposed structural design shown on sheets S000 – S202.

The Rooftop Unit Schedule on sheet M200 appears to indicate that peak design air temperature for cooling is 109 degrees F. However, the Tucson summer design air temperature is 104-degrees F per City of Tucson amendment to the 2012 IECC, new Tables C302.1.
Provide outside air calculations.
Indicate how exhaust fans EF-2 and EF-3 will comply with IMC Table 403.3, including notes e and g.
Verify that the specified HVAC systems are provided with controls that are capable of automatically adjusting the start time of the HVAC equipment in order to bring the interior conditions to the desired temperature at the start of occupancy per IECC C403.2.4.3.3.
