Add to this note “storefront entrance doors to have maximum U-factor of 0.60.” This will bring specification in compliance with submitted building envelope COMcheck. Detail 11/A102 indicates a 7’-6” tall masonry dumpster enclosure wall. Submit structural calculations sealed by an Arizona registrant. Detail 11/A102 does not match what is shown on the architectural site plan. Site plan shows two, staggered, 12’ x 14’ enclosures. Provide structural calculations (static, lateral and overturning loading) for building sealed by an Arizona registrant to justify the proposed structural design shown on sheets S000 – S202.
