This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. The minimum setback is twenty feet (20) facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-1.A). The proposed perimeter yard setbacks from the proposed; Garage to the north property line is 10'-0". Work shop to the north property line is 11'-0". Proposed porch, supporting column, to the north property line is 16'-0". A DDO will need to be approved prior to approval of the residential building plan. |
