11/02/2016 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Coordinate the equipment callouts shown on the mechanical floor plan with the equipment schedules (e.g. does EF-4 on plan equal EF-6 on schedule? Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Revise the balancing information for the women's restroom so that all of the air supplied to the room is exhausted and the minimum exhaust rate is 50 CFM for each water closet (the architectural background appears to be incorrect). Reference: Sections 403.2.1 and 403.3, IMC 2012.
3. Revise the structural calculations for the support of kitchen hoods KH-2 and KH-3 to include the hood hanging weight plus the weight of personnel working in or on the hood. Provide structural details to show how the Type I hoods are supported from the building structure in accordance with Section 507.6, IMC 2012. Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2012.
4. Provide structural details showing how the roof structure is to be modified for the installation of HP-5. Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2012.
