COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: After reviewing the building plans and comparing the proposed development with the approved DP from 2007 the buildings, carports, pedestrian access do not appear to match. Prior to approval of the building plans a revised DP that matches the site plan sheet included in the building plans and any associated grading, and landscape sheets will have to be revised. All calculations will have to be verified for compliance with the current UDC code regulations.


Previous Comments: From October 21.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. The development package approved in February 2016 does not match the current site plan included in the building plan set. While the building plans with the exception of the Community Center building are consistent with the DP a revised DP is required prior to approval of the building plans by zoning review section.
2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage to ensure consistency with the revised DP.
3. COMMENT: If any changes that are necessary, due to the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect the building footprint, height, or square footage need to be updated on the DP.
4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.
