TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 18, 2016

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plan has been review for compliance with development package DP16-0147 and it appears to meet requirements. But until the development package has been approved the building plan cannot be approved.

3. As minor changes are proposed to the development package ensure that the site plan and all site details match what is shown in the development package.

4. Please provide a stapled set of building drawings with your next submittal.

5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

10/25/2016 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Revise the font size used on the Gas Piping Notes (P-2) to a minimum of 3/32-inch. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. If the optional hot water storage tank is to be used, provide an approved temperature and pressure relief valve for the tank. Reference: Section 504.4, IPC 2012.
3. Tucson Water expects the water pressure at this site to be in excess of 80 PSI. Provide a water pressure regulator conforming to ASSE 1003 or CSA B356 to limit the water pressure to 80 PSI or less. Reference: Section 604.8, IPC 2012.
4. Verify the size of the grease waste piping downstream of the floor sink serving the 3-compartment sink; it is shown as 4" on the waste and vent schematic and 2" on the plumbing plan. Any fitting or connection in a drainage system that results in a reduction of the pipe area is prohibited. Reference: Section 706.2, IPC 2012.
5. Provide cleanouts for all horizontal drains sized per the size of the pipe they serve (see the 3" and 4" grease waste lines south of the prep sink). Reference: Sections 708.3.1 and 708.7, IPC 2012.
6. Show the cleanout at the junction of the building drain and the building sewer on the waste and vent schematic. Reference: Section 708.3.5, IPC 2012.
7. Clarify why an indirect waste connection is being provided for the dump sink. Reference: Sections 301.3 and 802.1, IPC 2012.
