COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the proposed Tenant Improvement plans and does not have any relevant comments related to the proposed work. 2. COMMENT: While the interior tenant improvement is not an issue for zoning review the proposed outside stairwell does appear to be an item that must be addressed. The stairwell is depicted on the HSL property and does not appear to be within an easement, reconfigured property boundary etc. Clarify if there is a perpetual easement that will be recorded for the stairwell or is there a possibility that the lots will be reconfigured to accommodate the stairwell. If an easement is proposed the easement will have to be drawn on the plans and recorded prior to approval by zoning. If a lot reconfiguration is a possibility the reconfiguration must be processed through PDSD and recorded. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the T.I Plans on the next submittal and approve and sign the plans if the plans are approved and signed by all the Commercial plans reviewers.
