1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Follow up to previous comment 2: The vehicle parking calculation on the Architectural site sheet A1.0 matches the revised DP sheet 5. However the revised parking area specifically the ADA parking requires additional revisions. The ADA parking location include two ADA parking spaces with access aisles provided for each space but only one of the access aisles provides direct access to the accessible pedestrian sidewalk (route). The ADA parking area can be modified to provide the accessible aisle between both spaces or an additional sidewalk connection must be provided from the second access aisle. (The accessible path may not be provided behind the parking spaces as depicted on the plan.) Revise as required.

Previous Comment 2. The vehicle parking calculation shown on sheet A1.0 does not match what is shown on sheet 5 of the approved development package. A revision to the development package will be required prior to approval of the building plan.

3. Follow up to Previous Comment 3: It is ackowleged that the DP was not approved at the time of submittal of the building plans for review. As of this second review of the the revision to the building plans, the DP requires additional changes prior to approval. As noted by Steve Shields on the previous comment, copies of the unapproved version of the DP must be removed from the Building set or marked as reference only and a statement noting to see the approved and stamped copy of the Development Package DP16 -0144.

Previous Comment 3. The twelve (12) Civil sheets provided in the building plans will either need to be marked as "FOR REFERENCE ONLY SEE DP16-0144" of provide the approved development package sheets in the building plan.

4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
