COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is located in the HC-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

The historic review will need to be completed and approved prior to approval of the demolition plans. If the historic review is approved provide the historic case number in the lower right hand corner of the plot plan and if applicable provide a general note that provides the historic case number date of approval, and any conditions of approval.
