1. COMMENT: The structures were constructed over fifty years ago. All structures that are to be demolished and are older than fifty years old must be reviewed and approved by the HPZ Officer Jonathan Mabry. You may contact Jonathan at 837-6968 for more information on the HPZ review process and submittal requirements.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will approve the building plans once the HPZ review has been completed. Ensure that the HPZ case number, date of approval and any conditions of approval are referenced on the cover sheet.


3. Zoning is willing to review and approve the plans over the counter once all review comments have been
addressed.
