COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and compare it to the approved DP16-0152 to ensure building plans are within substantial compliance with the approved DP. 3. COMMENT: Also, it is not clear if the proposed expansion has been reviewed for compliance with the MM setback requirements for the expansion.
