COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for the proposed green house building. As of this review the DP16-0162 has not been reviewed for compliance and therefore zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and compare it to the approved DP16-0152 to ensure building plans are within substantial compliance with the approved DP.

3. COMMENT: Also, it is not clear if the proposed expansion has been reviewed for compliance with the MM setback requirements for the expansion. Contact Carolyn Laurie 837-4953 for more information on the MM review and approval process. If the MM review and approval has been done for the expansion, provide a copy of the approval letter with the next submittal.

SHEET 01: PLEASE PROVIDE A CODE ANALYSIS ON THIS SHEET FOR THE GREENHOUSE STRUCTURE, INCLUDING THE OCCUPANCY TYPE, CONSTRUCTION TYPE, OCCUPANT LOAD, ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE (SHOW CALCULATIONS PER THE IBC SECTION 506 IF IT APPLIES-OTHERWISE USE TABLE 503), ACTUAL SQUARE FOOTAGE, CODES USED, ETC.
2. SHEET 01: PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE ON THIS SHEET THAT THE GREENHOUSE MANUFACTURER (AIRSTREAM INNOVATIONS) WILL PROVIDE THE CONCRETE DESIGN STRENGTH REQUIRED FOR THE FOOTING SHOWN (ON DRAWING A-3), THE STRENGTH OF THE REINFORCING BARS IN THE FOOTING (IF REQUIRED), THE ALLOWABLE SOIL BEARING PRESSURE, AND THE DESIGN WIND SPEED AND EXPOSURE.
