It appears that this is an expansion of use area and may require a development package that meets the requirements of Administrative Manual Section 2-06. Zoning recommends that you visit the COT Planning and Development Services, Records section and find a copy of the last approved site plan for this address. Once you have a copy of the last approved site plan either visit the Zoning review counter during walk through, Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm or schedule an appointment with Steve Shields, see below to discuss what is needed to correct violation T16DV03250.
