Add sign to interior side of door 104 “EXTERIOR AREA FOR ASSISTED RESCUE” per 1007.9. Per response to previous comment 6, revise the added note to include “0.83” as the U-factor for entry doors and add “operable fenestration shall have a maximum U-factor 0.65 with SHGC of 0.25.” Per response to previous comment 7, the point-of-sale added detail 19/A-903 does not match millwork MW2 shown on the first floor plan, sheet A-210. Explain. |

Broadway Blvd. New Food Service TRANSMITTAL: December 15, 2016 1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Provide the Design Review Board (DRB) case number, T16SA00355, adjacent to the title block on the cover sheet. Provide a general note on the cover sheet stating the DRB case number, date of approval, what was approved and any conditions of approval on the cover sheet. The plans will need to be stamped by DRB prior to approval. 3. Sheet A-001 provide a access lane width dimension from the proposed stairs to the parking space to the west. Per UDC Table 7.4.6-2 the minimum width for a one-way access lane is 10', plus per UDC Article 7.4.6.F.2.b an additional 2' setback is required to the proposed stair area. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve. |
