Verify that new lavatories in the child care restroom, the sales floor restroom, and the poolside restroom provide tempered water using approved devices conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2012. 4. If the new showers do not have pre-fabricated receptors, provide details to show that the construction of the receptors comply with the requirements of Section 417.5.2, IPC 2012. 5. Provide a plumbing design for any of the concealed water supply or drainage piping that will be modified as a result of relocating any of the water closets, lavatories, showers, or sinks. It appears there is electrical work to be performed, such as, the removal and replacement of Lighting, possibly branch circuit wiring to accommodate the removal and replacement or relocation of appliances, receptacles. Therefore please provide complete electrical plans as required per City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements ( www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd ) and as required by the State of Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, and R4-30-304. #2. The current adopted NEC is 2011 not 2005, ( cover plan sheet ). #3. UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW AT THIS TIME. Designing the site Electrical constitutes the practice of engineering. B. In all cases a registrant shall design: 1. Electrical installations in hospitals or other buildings with surgical operating rooms regulated by Article 517 of the National Electrical code (1990 edition) incorporated herein by reference and on file with the Office of the Secretary of State. 2. Electrical installations in locations classified as hazardous in Article 500 of the National Electrical Code (1990 edition) incorporated herein by reference and on file with the Office of the Secretary of State. 3. Electrical installations in locations classified as hazardous in Article 500 of the National Electrical Code (1990 edition) with the exception of gasoline dispensing or repair garages. 4.
