The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with development package DP16-0053 and it appears that the plans meet the requirements. But until the development package has been approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 3. The development package sheets provide in the building plan have not been approved. Either the development package sheets need to be the approved sheets, marked as for reference only or removed from the building plans. 4. Ensure that all details shown sheets A-002 & A-003 match what is shown on development package DP16-0053 or they are marked for reference only. 5. Until the building plan has been approved by all PDSD agencies Zoning cannot approve.
