Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration. Correct the expiration date for the current registration.
2. Provide a list of the abbreviations used on the drawings (e.g. FFA. TFA, etc). Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
3. Replot the plumbing details so they are legible. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
4. Lined water heaters with a heat input of 200,000 BTU per hour or more, an operating water temperature of 210º F or greater, or a nominal water containing capacity of 120 gallons or more are required to comply with the rules contained in Article 4 (Arizona Boilers and Lined Hot Water Heaters) of the Arizona Administrative Code.
5. Provide fixture descriptions for all plumbing fixtures. Reference: Section 402, IPC 2012 and Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.

4. Provide NFRC fenestration product ratings for the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) on COMcheck or use the appropriate default SHGC from Table C303.1.3 (2), IECC 2012. 5. Show how the requirements of Section C406, IECC 2012 (Additional Efficiency Package Options) are to be fulfilled. Reference: Section C401.2, IECC 2012.
6. Show that the proposed HVAC system meets the requirements of Sections C403.2, C403.3 (e.g. provide the mechanical energy code compliance certification from COMcheck). Reference: Section C303.1, International Energy Conservation Code 2012.
