2. Provide automatic faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the automatic faucet will operate for a minimum time of 10-seconds. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-03.
3. Clarify the lack of tempered water for the restroom lavatories. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2012.
4. The rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole (#6646-02, 2355.1') is less than 12" below the first floor elevation (2355.8'). Provide a backwater valve per Section 715.1, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.

TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 25, 2016

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. As a new structure is proposed on site a development package is required to be reviewed and approved prior to approval of the building plans. As this is a minor change to the park site Zoning is willing to do the development package review as an over-the-counter review on an hourly basis.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
