#1. What is item # 46 shown on the one line diagram and panel schedule for new panel 'K'.
#2. The note on plan sheet E2 for IECC compliance does not exist in the 2012 IECC. Perhaps a typo. If sec. 101.4.3 exception #7 was intended as a reference. I don't that will apply because it appears that more than 50% lighting was added.
