This would be a potential code violation per NEC art.300.27, unless the steel columns are listed as a raceway for conductors.
#3. Assign WARNING labels on all electrical equipment as required per NEC art. 690, 705.
#4. Please include conductor material ( CU- AL ) and insulation types on the feeder schedules or plan keynotes.
