10/05/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Show how the floor sink (FS-1), the Lavatory (LAV), and the bathtub (BT) located on the third floor of the waste and vent schematic on sheet P1.3 for units B3-B3 are vented. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2012.
2. Clarify the venting method used for the waste and vent schematics for units C2_ALT-C2_ALT-C2_ALT and for units C2-C2-C2 on sheer P1.3. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2012.
3. Clarify the waste and vent diagram for B1-B2-B2-B2 on sheet P1.3. a horizontal drain for a sink, washer box, and a floor sink discharges into a 4-inch vertical stack which then immediately connects vertically into another horizontal drain without a ten-diameter offset. Reference: Section 704.3, IPC 2012.
4. Provide a vent for the bathtubs on the third and fourth floors of the waste and vent schematic for units A1-A1-A1-A1 shown on sheet P1.2. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2012.
5. The addition of the roof drainage areas used for determining the size of the rainwater leaders (2012 IPC uses areas, not GPM) as shown in the plumbing floor plan, 1/P1.1, is incorrect. Reference: Section 1106.3, IPC 2012.
10/06/2021 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Please address the following electrical plan review comments and provide a written response.

1.Provide complete clouded areas showing all the revisions and or changes. The incomplete clouded areas make it difficult to determine the exact scope of work and inventory of devices and equipment.

2. All the panel schedules show the panels marked as “NEW”, yet they are not all shown on the electrical line diagrams. Also correlate with the load calculations shown on plan sheet ‘EP 701.’ Please clarify.

3. Verify the the scope of work includes areas marked with DELTAS #8 through #14 only, as the permit application states under ‘Document Type’.

4. See ‘Exterior Lighting Plans’. Is the exterior lighting all New? Revised? Also correlate with the Outdoor lighting lumen calculations, be sure to include all lighting on the parcel. Please clarify.

5. Revise the COMBINED REVISIONS NARRATIVE that was included in the plan submittal to include detailed work descriptions next to the plan sheet identifications.
