1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance to development package DP16-0059 but until the development package has been approved Zoning cannot approve the building plan.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Development Plan Package. The following items need to be addressed:
1) Per TSM 10-01.3.3B Sidewalks are required along the entire length of the street frontage of all streets, whether public or private, of the property in question. Please show a minimum 5' wide concrete sidewalk to the modified vehicular entrance location that connects to the existing sidewalk location.
2) Per AM 2-06.4.3 please fill in the missing address information. The numerical (1932) portion is missing from the project data section.
3) Per AM 2-06.4.3 please add the case number (DP16-0059).
4) Per AM 2-06.4.7B1 please add the following note on the plans, "The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall."
5) Per AM 2-06.4.7B3 please add the following note on the plans, "Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other that as shown on this site plan."
6) Per AM 2-06.4.7D please add the following note on the plans, "Any relocation or modification of existing utilities and/or public improvements necessitated by the proposed development will be at no expense to the public."
