Zoning has reviewed the building plans as it relates to the zoning review purview. While zoning has no concern with the modifications to the interior remodel or exterior modifications, zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved and zoning comments two and three are addressed. 2. The structural plans for the patio could not be verified in the building plan set other than a elevation drawing. It is my understanding that the patio was constructed without permits somewhere on or about 2002. Plans for the patio structure will have to be included in the next building package submittal. 3. On the east elevation drawing, label the height of the wall or top of beam along the front of the patio. See redline. |
