| 03/11/2016 | ERIC NEWCOMB | BUILDING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. SHEET G1; PROJECT DATA: THIS OCCUPANCY TYPE CAN EITHER BE A RESTAURANT (A-2) OR A FACTORY (F-1). IF A RESTAURANT, INDICATE A-2 ON THE DRAWING WITH THE REFERENCE TO THE IBC SECTION 303.1.1 FOR B CLASSIFICATION. THE F-1 MIGHT BE THE BEST DESCRIPTION SINCE 'FOOD PROCESSING AND COMMERCIAL KITCHENS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH RESTAURANTS' IS MORE ACCURATE. THIS WOULD NOT CHANGE YOUR CALCULATED OCCUPANCY LOAD. 2. SHEET G2; SITE PLAN: A NOTE INDICATES THE OUTDOOR PATIO WILL BE ON A SEPARATE PERMIT. DID THE OCCUPANCY LOAD OF 46 INCLUDE THE PATIO OCCUPANTS? PLEASE VERIFY. 3. SHEET A100; EGRESS AND FLOOR PLANS: WHY IS THE TURNING SPACE CIRCLE INDICATED IN THE SALES AREA? PLEASE VERIFY. 4.
