The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. As the proposed use is a change of use and the existing parking will not meet code requirements, this project will need to meet the requirements of UDC Section 3.3.3.H. Zoning has provided two (2) copies of the 2005 aerial photo and a blank copy of the affidavit to complete this process. Once the provide affidavit has been notarized return the aerial photos along with the affidavit to the Zoning counter for approval. 3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
