Building Plan (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 4, 2016

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. As the proposed use is a change of use and the site does not have sufficient vehicle parking Zoning will need to use UDC Article 3.3.3.H (10835) to be able to approve the building plans. Zoning has attached a copy of a require affidavit and 2005 aerial photos. Have the affidavit signed and notarized and return the documents with your next submittal.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact me at Steve.Shields@tucsonaz.gov or (520) 837-4956
