The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with DP14-0167 and DP15-0173 and it appears that the plans meet the requirements. 3. The grading plan sheets that are provided within the building plans either need to be the approved set or marked as reference only. 4. Until the building plan has been approved by all PDSD agencies Zoning cannot approve.
