5. Provide the equipment data and installation information for the built-in hood for the bread oven (equipment number 27). Reference: Sections 301 and 304.1, IMC 2012.

2. It does not appear that the site plan provided in this set of drawings matches grading plan DP15-0173, the access to the billboard has changed. DP14-0167 will also need to be revised to match the grading plan.

3. Until the building plan has been approved by all PDSD agencies Zoning cannot approve.

4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
