TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 25, 2016

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Sheet A1.0 provide a sidewalk width dimension from the northeast corner of the propose building to the accessible ramp. Minimum width is 4'-0", see TSM 7-01.4.3.A.

3. Sheet A1.0 the configuration of the Class I & II bicycle parking does not match what is shown on tentative plat/development plan D07-0017. The Class II bicycle parking should be north of the Class I bicycle parking so that it is clearly visible from the main entrance. Also your configuration shows the Class I as a single bike locker for two (2) bikes where tentative plat/development plan D07-0017 shows four (4) Class I spaces in this location.

4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
