ADD A NOTE ON THE DRAWING THAT PER THE IBC SECTION 303.1.1, IT CAN BE CLASSIFIED AS A B OCCUPANCY. IT WILL NOT CHANGE THE SF/OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 (EXERCISE ROOM).
