Below are comments on the authorized repair submittal for COT ID# 483 at 4547 North Oracle Road (T16BU01038). Sheet 1 of 1 1. In Billboard Note#3, revise first Assessor Parcel Number to current number. 2. In aerial photograph underlay plan, revise primary Assessor Parcel Number to current number. Sheet 2 of 3 1. In 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if metal apron overlay removal is per face or on only one specified face. 2. In 4th and 7th paragraphs, clarify apron section dimensions as they appear to be identical where 10 pieces are indicated and where one (1) piece is indicated. 3. Add standard boxed note regarding removal of light fixtures from site, replicating Billboard Note #11 on Sheet 1 of 3. 4. Add side view of billboard structure illustrating offset configuration, I-beam extensions, catwalk positions, and added cable attachment location. 5. Add side view detail of added cable attachment, including vertical dimensions from point of attachment of added cable hardware to I-beam extension and upright tops. 6. Provide calcs for added safety cable. 7. Add full detail of replacement access ladder, including view with vertical dimensions of attachment locations relative to structure and ladder top and bottom relative to grade and tops of upright or I-beam extension. 8. In South Sign Face Elevation, clarify apron designation as to steel apron overlay being removed and not replaced and wood apron being replaced with like new (consistent with balance of plan). 9. In South Sign Face Elevation revise designation to reflect replacement access ladder having shorter vertical measure (or simply reference “per detail”). Sheet 3 of 3 1. Add applicable stringer mounting detail. FIN. |
