Sheet 1 of 2 1. In Title Block, change title to “required relocation and authorized repair site plan”. Sheet 2 of 2 1. In boxed note above Scope of Work, delete phrase “and alterations”. 2. In 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify the point of disconnect of overhead light fixtures and associated support arms and if the branch circuit riser conduit is to remain attached to the billboard head during removal and reinstallation. 3. In 3rd and 4th paragraphs, as applicable , clarify if risers and electrical service are to remain attached to the lead I-beam through the course of I-beam removal and reinstallation and , if not, describe their removal and reinstallation. 4. Revise 4th and 6th paragraphs of Scope of Work to indicate that catwalk ledgers are centered on I-beam supports (or otherwise if this is not the case) and the clips or other parts that the ledgers are attached to. 5. In boxed note on I-beam special inspection, add that any special inspection report to include depth of existing I-beams below grade. 6. Revise Description of New Ballast to reflect ballast as existing and include manufacturer’s cut sheet for same (Philips Advance ICN-2P60-SC, see T14BU00861, Sheet 2). 7. Revise Description of New Lamp to reflect existing fluorescent lamp (single pin, F96T12/CW/EW, 4750 mean lumens). 8. Provide Electrical Riser Diagram, consistent with that shown under T14BU00861. 9. Provide catwalk ledger mounting detail, including parts that ledgers are attached to and the vertical location of the ledgers relative to the top of the I-beam supports. 10. Provide detail on how underground electrical feed is to be extended from existing TEP transformer to relocated billboard and the disposition of associated grounding parts 11. In Title Block, change title to “required relocation and authorized repair”. FIN. |
